1. It is mandatory to submit a copy of the rental agreement for every new tenant occupying a flat in the society.
2. Any outside or guest 4W parked overnight within the society premises will incur a penalty of ₹500 per night. It should be paid immediately to avoid interest in Bill
3. Submit a written application prior to initiating any renovation work along with refundable security deposit of ₹10,000.
4. Residents are requested to inform the society office of any additions, changes, or updates related to vehicle or household occupancy.
5. Playing sports in society premises is strictly not allowed
6. For organizing any event in society member must grant permission application letter prior to event along with Payment of ₹2,000
